ARTIST'S RELEASE FORM

In exchange for consideration received, I, ______________________________, (print your name) do hereby give permission to Robert Englund and Nancy Englund, dba robertenglund.com (known herein as "the Producers") to use my Contest Winning Greeting Card Artwork, Slogans, Ad Copy and any implied interpolation of original design or images as neccessary, as well as use of my name as Art Work Creator, in all forms of print and media for sale, advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes, including but not limited to publication and sale of Greeting Cards on robertenglund.com, as well as all municipalities, cities, states, countries, territories, possesions or colonies, and across the universe.

I warrant that I am the sole creator and therefore copyright holder of the images and slogans used. Also I assume all legal responsibility if any other artists/company/heir or dependent comes forward with claims of copyright infringement or plagerism, including damages, awards, cost of suit and any other financial liability that may involve, for I have knowingly represented my work to robertenglund.com and the Producers as an original creation by me.

I also release the Producers from any financial income, renummeration, profit or compensation for my work. I authorize the Producers to sell my artwork as part of their on-line store at robertenglund.com without any expectation of monetary profit. I willingly release any future financial claims to the income and/or profits of my card. In receipt, I am receiving a collector's edition of Hollywood Monster, signed by Robert Englund, or A memorabillia "KlawKey" Key Chain, with signed COA as an award for being a winner of the robertenglund.com Greeting Card Design Contest. I accept this award in lieu of any financial income, renummeration, profit or compensation for my work.

In exchange, the Producers agree that I maintain the right to use my own artwork for my own financial gain as long as it is NOT related to the use of the names or likenesses of robertenglund.com, the Producers, their officers or affiliates.

I may, for private reasons or as part of portfolio, advertise the fact that my artwork has been selected and featured as 'for sale' on robertenglund.com.
